How It Works

Place products in their original packaging and include all accessories. Use a sturdy outer box to prevent damage during transit.

Use the prepaid return label provided by our team, or ship via your preferred carrier to the address included in your return authorization email.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Policy Details
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Items returned outside the 14-day window or in used condition may not be eligible.
Gift sets, limited editions, and items marked as final sale are excluded from our return policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping fees for damaged or defective items.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
This process ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you paid via a digital wallet or gift card, the refund will be returned to that same method. Store credit may be offered as an alternative upon request.
